After identity verification, your account will be closed within 24 hours. During this time, you will not be able to log in or make deposits.
Once the period ends, you can contact our support team to reactivate your account — though an additional 7-day cooldown period will apply.
Any attempt to open a new account during a self-exclusion period will be detected and blocked. This is in place for your protection.
